If that doesn't work, you usually can simply make a blank text tile in the +secret subdirectory and save it as "_secret.dme". bat file named initial_setup.bat in the main Goonstation folder (that is, the one with the README.md and LICENSE files) that does all that for you just run that. You need this _secret.dme file for the whole thing to compile, lest you get a unable to open +secret\_secret.dme error. Next, you need to put a blank file named _secret with the extension. They're most likely not what you're looking for, unless what you're looking for are previous versions of Goonstation for historical interest or something. They are not updated at all and can only run on older versions of BYOND.
